Hans Institute Digital Credential, Verification & Renewal System

Important Notes for Employers & Hiring Agencies:

  • Ensure the student’s unique ID number is entered exactly as it appears on their Hans Institute certificate.
  • If you cannot locate a recent graduate, email hr@hansinstitutes.com with a scanned copy of their certificate, and we will confirm their graduation.
  • If a graduate’s name is not found in the system and you have a copy of their Hans Institute certificate, please email a copy of the certificate along with your request to hr@hansinstitutes.com for a manual review.
  • Hiring agencies are encouraged to request a record of achievement (transcript) from applicants to verify they have completed all required components, including practicums.

For graduates from 2011 – 2023, manual verification may be required. Please email hr@hansinstitutes.com for assistance.

For graduates from 2024 – Current, use our online verification system:

  • Enter the Unique Student ID Number of the graduate exactly as it appears on their Hans Institute certificate.

This includes graduates from programs such as:

  • Personal Support Worker in Dementia Care
  • Introduction to Aged Care
  • Healthcare Customer Relations
  • Aged Care in Leadership & Management
  • First Aid and CPR License Training
