Job Filing & Placement Overview

Job Filing & Placement Overview

Learn how Hans Institute supports you in connecting with employers legally and safely, even if you travel on a Visit or Short-Term Entry route.

1. Travel & Legal Status

If you are traveling on a Visit, Conference, Seminar, or Short-Term Entry route, this does not automatically allow work. Hans Institute guides you on legal pathways, connects you with employers, and helps you prepare for job opportunities legally and safely. You are responsible for immigration compliance, visa validity, and following local laws.

2. How We Assist You

  • Reviewing documents and eligibility
  • Preparing your CV and professional profile
  • Identifying potential employers and job opportunities
  • Filing applications and following up with employers
  • Coordinating interviews and providing guidance

Note: Employment is always offered directly by the employer. Hans Institute cannot guarantee a job.

3. Fees & Payment Overview

We offer a flexible payment plan for our services:

  • Registration / Commitment Fee – Covers eligibility checks and document review.
  • Travel Facilitation / Job Filing Fee – Paid in stages:
    • Initial processing
    • After major milestones (e.g., flight booking)
    • Final balance once a job is confirmed

All fees are for services provided, not guaranteed outcomes.

4. Flight & Accommodation (if applicable)

Some packages may include flight tickets or temporary accommodation, fully sponsored by Hans Institute upon approval. These benefits are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

5. Employment & Expectations

Job offers come directly from employers. Expected salary, contract duration, and conditions are determined by the employer and local laws. Hans Institute is not responsible for salary disputes, contract changes, or workplace conditions.
