1. PURPOSE Hans Institute agrees to provide travel facilitation, documentation support, employer or institution coordination, and visa application assistance for the Applicant under one or more approved pathways, including but not limited to Visit Visa, Business or Conference Visa, Work Permit, Work and Pay, and Work and Study programs, subject to the laws and regulations of the destination country. 2. TOTAL TRAVEL FACILITATION FEE (TFF) The Total Travel Facilitation Fee (TFF) represents one hundred (100) percent of the agreed program cost for the selected travel pathway. The TFF covers coordination, documentation preparation, application guidance, and visa assistance relevant to the chosen pathway. Flight ticket, accommodation, insurance, and other personal expenses are not included unless otherwise stated. 3. PAYMENT STRUCTURE (THREE STAGES WITH TIMELINES) First Payment – Processing Activation Amount: Thirty (30) percent of the Total TFF This payment activates processing, eligibility assessment, matching or coordination with employers, institutions, or partners, and engagement with external service providers where applicable. Processing will commence within five (5) working days after receipt of the First Payment. The First Payment is non-refundable once processing begins. Second Payment – Program or Permit Completion Amount: Thirty (30) percent of the Total TFF This payment becomes due once key program documentation, permit, admission, invitation, or approval relevant to the selected pathway is ready or confirmed by the partner or authority. The Applicant must complete payment within five (5) working days of notification. Documents will not be released until the Second Payment is completed. The Second Payment is non-refundable once this stage is completed. Final Payment – Visa Processing and Deployment Amount: Forty (40) percent of the Total TFF The Final Payment must be made within five (5) working days after visa appointment confirmation, visa submission readiness, or deployment scheduling, whichever comes first. No visa submission, appointment usage, travel coordination, or deployment will proceed without full settlement of the Final Payment. 4. ESTIMATED PROCESSING DURATIONS Processing timelines are estimates only and vary depending on the destination country, visa category, authority, and external partners. Initial processing and coordination: 1 to 4 weeks Program, permit, or admission processing: 4 to 12 weeks Visa appointment and decision: 2 to 6 weeks Delays caused by embassies, immigration authorities, institutions, employers, or third-party partners are outside the control of Hans Institute. 5. VISA AND ENTRY DISCLAIMER Visa or entry approval is not guaranteed. All decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, border authority, or immigration body. Fees paid for completed stages are non-refundable, including in cases of refusal, delay, or non-issuance. 6. COOLING-OFF PERIOD The Applicant is entitled to a forty-eight (48) hour cooling-off period after making the First Payment, provided processing has not commenced. If the Applicant withdraws in writing within this period and before processing begins, a partial refund may be considered after administrative deductions. Once processing begins, no refund shall apply. 7. APPLICANT RESPONSIBILITIES The Applicant agrees to provide accurate and genuine documents within required timelines, attend all appointments and interviews as scheduled, comply with immigration, employment, or study regulations of the destination country, and meet all payment obligations under this Agreement. 8. FORCE MAJEURE Hans Institute shall not be liable for delays, suspension, or inability to perform services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including government actions, policy changes, embassy closures, strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, or international travel restrictions. 9. TERMINATION Failure to meet documentation, eligibility, or payment requirements may result in suspension or termination of processing without refund for completed stages. 10. TERMS AND CONDITIONS This Agreement is subject to Hans Institute’s official Terms and Conditions, which form an integral part of this arrangement and are deemed accepted upon payment or participation in any program.

ANNEX - PROGRAM PATHWAY SELECTION

ANNEX A – VISIT / TOURIST VISA PATHWAY This Annex applies to Applicants traveling under a Visit or Tourist Visa. Scope of Support - Hans Institute shall provide guidance and support for visit visa applications, including document preparation assistance, itinerary guidance, invitation coordination where applicable, and visa application support. Key Notes - This pathway does not authorize employment, paid activities, or long-term study. Duration of stay is subject to the visa issued by the relevant authority. Visa approval and permitted activities are solely determined by the issuing auth4ority. Limitations - Hans Institute does not guarantee visa approval or entry. Any violation of visit visa conditions is the sole responsibility of the Applicant.

ANNEX B – BUSINESS / CONFERENCE VISA PATHWAY This Annex applies to Applicants traveling under a Business, Conference, or Official Visit Visa. Scope of Support - Hans Institute shall assist with documentation support, invitation or registration coordination, business or conference travel guidance, and visa application assistance. Key Notes - This pathway permits attendance at meetings, conferences, training, or business engagements only. Employment or paid work is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by the issuing authority. Limi4tations - Hans Institute is not responsible for business outcomes, conference outcomes, or visa decisions. The Applicant must comply fully with the permitted activities stated on the visa.

ANNEX C – WORK PERMIT / WORK AND PAY PATHWAY This Annex applies to Applicants traveling under a Work Permit, Work Visa, or Work and Pay arrangement. Scope of Support - Hans Institute shall facilitate employer or partner coordination, work permit documentation support, employment-related processing, and visa application assistance. Key Notes - Employment terms, wages, duration, and conditions are governed by the employer and host country laws. Work and Pay arrangements may involve deferred payment structures subject to employer or partner policies. Limitations - Hans Institute does not guarantee job retention, salary level, or long-term employment. Termination of employment by the employer may affect visa status and is outside the Institute’s control.

ANN6EX D – WORK AND STUDY PATHWAY This Annex applies to Applicants traveling under a combined Work and Study, Student, or Training-based visa. Scope of Support - Hans Institute shall assist with institution coordination, admission or enrollment documentation, work eligibility guidance where permitted, and visa application support. Key Notes - Study obligations take priority over employment where required by law. Work hours, duration, and conditions are subject to host country regulations. Limitations - Hans Institute does not guarantee academic success, work hours, or income levels. Failure to maintain study status may lead to visa cancellation by authorities.

LEGAL & LIABILITY PROVISIONS The Applicant acknowledges that international travel, employment, study, and immigration processes are subject to changing laws, government regulations, employer decisions, and embassy procedures beyond the control of Hans Institute. Alternative Legal Pathway If, due to immigration policy changes, employer decisions, quota limits, embassy restrictions, or other regulatory circumstances beyond the control of Hans Institute, the initially intended work permit or visa route becomes unavailable, delayed, or impracticable, Hans Institute may propose an alternative lawful and suitable immigration or travel pathway. Any alternative route shall be legally compliant, aligned with the Applicant’s eligibility, and communicated to the Applicant for review and consent before proceeding. The Applicant agrees that such alternatives constitute a continuation of service and not a failure of delivery. No Guaranteed Employment Hans Institute provides facilitation, coordination, and documentation support but does not guarantee job placement, employment duration, salary level, work conditions, or continued employment after arrival. Employment relationships are governed solely by the employer and host country laws. Employer termination, contract changes, or workplace disputes are outside the responsibility of Hans Institute. Government Decisions Are Final All visa, work permit, entry clearance, and immigration decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or government body. Hans Institute has no authority over these decisions and shall not be liable for refusal, delay, administrative processing, or conditions imposed by authorities. Government decisions are final. Processing Delays & Third-Party Limitations Processing timelines are estimates and may be affected by government backlogs, policy changes, employer procedures, security checks, strikes, holidays, technical failures, or actions of third-party partners. Hans Institute shall not be liable for delays, rescheduling, or disruptions caused by third parties or authorities. Force Majeure Hans Institute shall not be held liable for delays, suspension, or inability to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including government actions, regulatory changes, pandemics, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, or international travel restrictions.
