Requirements:
Completed professional training as a geriatric nurse, qualified nursing professional or general nurse, recognised by the state in the applicant’s country of origin.
German language proficiency of at least B1, supported by a certificate, and willingness to improve.
Respect and empathy for older people and people with disabilities.
Ability to work independently, with flexibility, reliability, organizational skills and teamwork.
Willingness to work a three-shift rotation, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
Loyalty to the employer’s Church and Diakonie values.
