Requirements:
Bachelor of Nursing or a recognised equivalent qualification.
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
Strong clinical assessment, medication management and care-planning skills.
Excellent communication, teamwork and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritise clinical responsibilities and respond appropriately to changes in residents’ needs.
Understanding of aged care quality, safety and clinical governance requirements.
Commitment to residents’ dignity, choice and independence.
Ability to meet applicable aged care worker screening requirements.
Previous aged care experience is highly regarded. Nurses from other clinical backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
