• Coordinating activities with other departments.
• Hiring, training and supervising staff.
• Managing supply and service contracts.
• Organizing safety inspections, preventive maintenance and equipment repairs.
• Overseeing administrative services, cleaning, security and related facility services.
• Identifying customer needs, recommending products or services and supporting sales to existing clients.
